Stat. § 36C-8A-10","heading":"Resignation of power holder.","body":"(a)\tA power holder may resign upon either of the following conditions:\n(1)\tUpon at least 30 days' notice in writing to the qualified beneficiaries, the settlor, if living, and all trustees.\n(2)\tWith the approval of the court.\n(b)\tIn approving a resignation, the court may issue orders and impose conditions reasonably necessary for the protection of the trust property.
