Stat. § 36C-8B-5","heading":"Application; governing law.","body":"This Article shall apply to a trust that meets any of the following criteria:\n(1)\tThe trust has its principal place of administration in this State, including a trust that has had its principal place of administration changed to this State.\n(2)\tThe trust provides by its trust instrument that it is governed by the law of this State or is governed by the law of this State for any of the following purposes:\na.\tAdministration, including administration of a trust that has had its governing law for purposes of administration changed to this State.\nb.\tConstruction of terms of the trust.\nc.\tDetermination of the meaning or effect of terms of the trust.
