Stat. § 41-95","heading":"Termination of a tenancy in common.","body":"Events terminating a tenancy in common include the following:\n(1)\tPartition of the property under Chapter 46A of the General Statutes.\n(2)\tVoluntary partition of the property among cotenants executing one or more instruments conveying the property held as cotenants to themselves in separate tracts.\n(3)\tConveyance of all interests in the property to one grantee.\n(4)\tAcquisition by one cotenant of the ownership of the property by adverse possession.
