Stat. § 48-3-305","heading":"Agency disposition of preplacement assessments.","body":"(a)\tThe agency shall give a copy of any completed or incomplete preplacement assessment to the individual who was the subject of the assessment. If the assessment contains a finding that an individual is not suitable to be an adoptive parent, the agency shall contemporaneously file the original with the Division.\n(b)\tThe agency shall retain a copy of a completed or incomplete preplacement assessment for at least five years.
