Stat. § 53-452","heading":"(Effective January 1, 2027) Compliance policies.","body":"(a)\tEach virtual currency kiosk operator is required to comply with the provisions of this Article, any lawful order, or rule, made or issued under the provisions of this Article, and all applicable federal and State laws, rules, and regulations.\n(b)\tEach virtual currency kiosk shall maintain, implement, and enforce written compliance policies and procedures. Those policies and procedures must be reviewed and approved by the virtual currency kiosk operator's board of directors or an equivalent governing body of the virtual currency kiosk operator.
