Stat. § 55-1-22","heading":"Filing, service, and copying fees.","body":"(a)\tThe Secretary of State shall collect the following fees when the documents described in this subsection are delivered to the Secretary for filing:\nDocument\tFee\n(1)\tArticles of incorporation\t$125.00\n(2)\tApplication for reserved name\t30.00\n(3)\tNotice of transfer of reserved name\t10.00\n(4)\tApplication for registered name\t10.00\n(5)\tApplication for renewal of registered name\t10.00\n(6)\tCorporation's statement of change of registered agent or registered\noffice or both\t5.00\n(7)\tAgent's statement of change of registered office for each affected\ncorporation\t5.00\n(8)\tAgent's statement of resignation\tNo fee\n(9)\tDesignation of registered agent or registered office or both\t5.00\n(10)\tAmendment of articles of incorporation\t50.00\n(11)\tRestated articles of incorporation\t10.00\nwith amendment of articles\t50.00\n(12)\tArticles of merger or share exchange\t50.00\n(12a)\tArticles of conversion (other than articles of conversion included as\npart of another document)\t50.00\n(13)\tArticles of dissolution\t30.00\n(14)\tArticles of revocation of dissolution\t10.00\n(15)\tCertificate of administrative dissolution\tNo fee\n(16)\tApplication for reinstatement following administrative dissolution\t100.00\n(17)\tCertificate of reinstatement\tNo fee\n(18)\tCertificate of judicial dissolution\tNo fee\n(19)\tApplication for certificate of authority\t250.00\n(20)\tApplication for amended certificate of authority\t75.00\n(21)\tApplication for certificate of withdrawal\t25.00\n(22)\tCertificate of revocation of authority to transact business\tNo fee\n(23)\tAnnual report (paper)\t\t25.00\n(23a)\tAnnual report (electronic)\t18.00\n(24)\tArticles of correction\t10.00\n(25)\tApplication for certificate of existence or authorization (paper)\t15.00\n(25a)\tApplication for certificate of existence or authorization (electronic)\t10.00\n(26)\tAny other document required or permitted to be filed by this Chapter\t10.00\n(27)\tRepealed by Session Laws 2001-358, s. 6(b), effective January 1, 2002.\n(28)\tArticles of validation\t150.00\n(b)\tThe Secretary of State shall collect a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) each time process is served on the Secretary under this Chapter. The party to a proceeding causing service of process is entitled to recover this fee as costs if the party prevails in the proceeding.\n(c)\tThe Secretary of State shall collect the following fees for copying, comparing, and certifying a copy of any filed document relating to a domestic or foreign corporation:\n(1)\tOne dollar ($1.00) a page for copying or comparing a copy to the original.\n(2)\tFifteen dollars ($15.00) for a paper certificate.\n(3)\tTen dollars ($10.00) for an electronic certificate.\n(d)\tThe fee for the annual report in subdivision (23) of this section is nonrefundable.
