Stat. § 57D-1-22","heading":"Filing, service, and copying fees.","body":"(a)\tThe Secretary of State shall collect the following fees when the documents described in this subsection are delivered to the Secretary of State for filing:\nDocument\tFee\n(1)\tArticles of organization\t$125.00\n(2)\tApplication for reserved name\t10.00\n(3)\tNotice of transfer of reserved name\t10.00\n(4)\tApplication for registered name\t10.00\n(5)\tApplication for renewal of registered name\t10.00\n(6)\tLimited liability company's statement of change of registered agent or\t5.00\nregistered office or both\n(7)\tAgent's statement of change of registered office for each affected\t5.00\nlimited liability company\n(8)\tAgent's statement of resignation\tNo fee\n(9)\tDesignation of registered agent or registered office or both\t5.00\n(10)\tAmendment of articles of organization\t50.00\n(11)\tRestated articles of organization without amendment of articles\t10.00\n(12)\tRestated articles of organization with amendment of articles\t50.00\n(13)\tArticles of conversion (other than articles of conversion included as \t50.00\npart of another document)\n(14)\tArticles of merger\t50.00\n(15)\tArticles of dissolution\t30.00\n(16)\tCancellation of articles of dissolution\t10.00\n(17)\tCertificate of administrative dissolution\tNo fee\n(18)\tApplication for reinstatement following administrative dissolution\t100.00\n(19)\tCertificate of reinstatement\tNo fee\n(20)\tCertificate of judicial dissolution\tNo fee\n(21)\tApplication for certificate of authority\t250.00\n(22)\tApplication for amended certificate of authority\t50.00\n(23)\tApplication for certificate of withdrawal\t10.00\n(24)\tCertificate of revocation of authority to transact business\tNo fee\n(25)\tArticles of correction\t10.00\n(26)\tApplication for certificate of existence or authorization (paper)\t15.00\n(27)\tApplication for certificate of existence or authorization (electronic)\t10.00\n(28)\tAnnual report\t200.00\n(29)\tAny other document required or permitted to be filed by this Chapter\t10.00\n(b)\tThe Secretary of State shall collect a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) each time process is served on the Secretary of State under this Chapter. The party to a proceeding causing service of process is entitled to recover this fee as costs if the party prevails in the proceeding.\n(c)\tThe Secretary of State shall collect the following fees for copying and certifying a copy of any filed document relating to a limited liability company:\n(1)\tOne dollar ($1.00) a page for copying.\n(2)\tFifteen dollars ($15.00) for a paper certificate.\n(3)\tTen dollars ($10.00) for an electronic certificate.
