Stat. § 58-44B-15","heading":"Travel protection plans.","body":"Travel protection plans may be offered for one price for the combined permitted features as defined in G.S. 58-44B-5 if the plan meets the following requirements:\n(1)\tThe travel protection plan clearly discloses to the consumer at or prior to the time of purchase that it includes travel insurance, travel assistance services, and cancellation fee waivers as applicable, and provides information and an opportunity at or prior to the time of purchase for the consumer to obtain additional information regarding the features and pricing of each.\n(2)\tThe fulfillment materials shall do all of the following:\na.\tDescribe and delineate the travel insurance, travel assistance services, and cancellation fee waivers in the travel protection plan.\nb.\tInclude the travel insurance disclosures and the contact information for persons providing travel assistance services and cancellation fee waivers, as applicable.\nc.\tComply with the provisions of G.S. 58-44B-20(c)(2).\nd.\tAdvise the policyholder to read the policy, certificate of insurance, and other documents to be informed of the plan's terms, conditions, and coverage and assistance details.\ne.\tProvide contact information for the company.
