Stat. § 58-47-205","heading":"Other requirements.","body":"(a)\tA TPA or service company, or any owner, officer, employee, or agent of a TPA or service company, or any other person affiliated with or related to the TPA or service company shall not:\n(1)\tServe as a trustee of a self-insurer.\n(2)\tMake a contribution to the surplus of a self-insurer.\n(b)\tEach TPA or service company shall make available for inspection by the Commissioner copies of all contracts with persons using the services of the TPA.
