Stat. § 58-82B-10","heading":"Duties of Office of the State Fire Marshal.","body":"The Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM) shall do all of the following:\n(1)\tEducate and inform every fire department it regulates of the reporting requirements imposed by this Article.\n(2)\tDevelop and maintain, with the assistance of the North Carolina Collaboratory established under G.S. 116-255, an online reporting portal for fire departments operated, regulated, or managed by one or more units of State and local government, including those located at or serving public airports, with the requirements of this Article.\n(3)\tAdopt rules to implement the requirements of this Article.
