Stat. § 58-89A-125","heading":"Posting requirements.","body":"(a)\tEach licensee shall post the license issued under this Article in a conspicuous place in the licensee's principal place of business in this State.\n(b)\tEach licensee shall display, in a place that is in clear and unobstructed public view, a notice stating that the business operated at the location is licensed and regulated by the Commissioner and that any questions or complaints may be directed to the Commissioner.
