Stat. § 58-89A-160","heading":"Sanctions.","body":"(a)\tOn a finding that a ground for disciplinary action exists under G.S. 58-89A-155, the Commissioner may suspend or terminate a license, impose a civil penalty, and seek an order of restitution under G.S. 58-2-70.\n(b)\tOn termination of a license, the licensee shall immediately return the terminated license to the Commissioner.\n(c)\tAny disciplinary action taken, any temporary or permanent termination of a license, or any determination that an officer or controlling person is unqualified shall be made by the Commissioner subject to Article 3A of Chapter 150B of the General Statutes.
