Stat. § 59-1106","heading":"Filing, service, and copying fees.","body":"(a)\tThe Secretary of State shall collect the following fees when the documents described in this subsection are delivered to the Secretary of State for filing:\nDocument\tFee\n(1)\tCertificate of limited partnership which does not include an application for registration as a limited liability limited partnership \t\t$50.00\n(2)\tCertificate of limited partnership which includes an application for registration as a limited liability limited partnership \t\t125.00\n(3)\tCertificate of amendment \t\t25.00\n(4)\tCertificate of cancellation \t\t25.00\n(5)\tApplication for reservation of name \t\t10.00\n(6)\tNotice of transfer of reserved name \t\t10.00\n(7)\tApplication for registration of name \t\t10.00\n(8)\tApplication for renewal of registration name \t\t10.00\n(9)\tLimited partnership's or foreign limited partnership's statement of change of registered agent or registered office or both \t\t5.00\n(10)\tAgent's statement of change of registered office for each affected partnership \t\t5.00\n(11)\tAgent's statement of resignation \t\tNo Fee\n(12)\tDesignation of registered agent or registered office or both \t\t5.00\n(13)\tApplication for registration as foreign limited partnership \t\t50.00\n(14)\tCertificate of amendment of registration as foreign limited partnership \t\t25.00\n(15)\tCancellation of registration as foreign limited partnership \t\t25.00\n(16)\tApplication for certificate of withdrawal by reason of merger, consolidation, or conversion \t\t10.00\n(17)\tArticles of merger \t\t50.00\n(18)\tArticles of conversion (other than articles of conversion included as part of another document) \t\t50.00\n(19)\tApplication for registration as a limited liability limited partnership (other than an application included in the certificate of limited partnership) \t\t125.00\n(20)\tCertificate of amendment of registration as a limited liability limited partnership \t\t25.00\n(21)\tCertificate of cancellation of registration as a limited liability limited partnership \t\t25.00\n(22)\tAnnual report for a limited liability limited partnership \t\t200.00\n(23)\tAny other document required or permitted to be filed under this Article\t\t10.00\n(b)\tThe Secretary of State shall collect a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) each time process is served on the Secretary under this Article. The party to a proceeding causing service of process is entitled to recover this fee as costs if the party prevails in the proceeding.\n(c)\tThe Secretary of State shall collect the following fees for copying, comparing, and certifying a copy of any filed document relating to a domestic or foreign limited partnership:\n(1)\tOne dollar ($1.00) a page for copying or comparing a copy to the original; and\n(2)\tFifteen dollars ($15.00) for a paper certificate.\n(3)\tTen dollars ($10.00) for an electronic certificate.\n(d)\tRepealed by Session Laws 2001-387, s. 171(b), effective January 1, 2002.
