Stat. § 59-35.2","heading":"Filing, service, and copying fees.","body":"(a)\tThe Secretary of State shall collect the following fees when the documents described in this subsection are submitted by a partnership to the Secretary of State for filing:\nDocument\tFee\n(1)\tApplication for reserved name \t\t$10.00\n(2)\tNotice of transfer of reserved name \t\t10.00\n(3)\tApplication for registered name \t\t10.00\n(4)\tApplication for renewal of registered name \t\t10.00\n(5)\tRegistered limited liability partnership's or foreign limited liability partnership's statement of change of registered agent or registered office or both \t\t5.00\n(6)\tAgent's statement of change of registered office for each affected registered limited liability partnership or foreign limited liability partnership \t\t5.00\n(7)\tAgent's statement of resignation \t\tNo Fee\n(8)\tDesignation of registered agent or registered office or both\t\t5.00\n(9)\tArticles of conversion (other than articles of conversion included as part of another document)\t \t50.00\n(10)\tArticles of merger \t\t50.00\n(11)\tApplication for registration as a registered limited liability partnership \t\t125.00\n(12)\tCertificate of amendment of registration as a registered limited liability partnership \t\t25.00\n(13)\tCancellation of registration as a registered limited liability partnership \t\t25.00\n(14)\tApplication for registration as a foreign limited liability partnership \t\t125.00\n(15)\tCertificate of amendment of registration as a foreign limited liability partnership\t \t25.00\n(16)\tCancellation of registration as a foreign limited liability partnership \t\t25.00\n(17)\tApplication for certificate of withdrawal by reason of merger, consolidation, or conversion \t\t10.00\n(18)\tAnnual report \t\t200.00\n(19)\tArticles of correction \t\t10.00\n(20)\tAny other document required or permitted to be filed pursuant to this Act\t\t10.00\n(b)\tWhenever the Secretary of State is deemed appointed as a registered agent under this Act or under Chapter 55D of the General Statutes, the Secretary of State shall collect a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) each time process is served on the Secretary of State under this Act. The party to the proceeding causing service of process is entitled to recover this fee as costs if the party prevails in the proceeding.\n(c)\tThe Secretary of State shall collect the following fees for copying, comparing, and certifying a copy of a filed partnership document:\n(1)\tOne dollar ($1.00) a page for copying or comparing a copy to the original.\n(2)\tFifteen dollars ($15.00) for a paper certificate.\n(3)\tTen dollars ($10.00) for an electronic certificate.
