Stat. § 66-292","heading":"Definitions.","body":"The following definitions apply in this Part:\n(1)\tBrand family. - All styles of cigarettes sold under the same trademark and differentiated from one another by means of additional modifiers including, but not limited to, \"menthol\", \"lights\", \"kings\", and \"100s\".\n(2)\tEscrow agreement. - An agreement by which a qualified escrow fund is created and maintained.\n(3)\tNonparticipating manufacturer. - A tobacco product manufacturer that is not a participating manufacturer.\n(4)\tParticipating manufacturer. - Defined in subsection II(jj) of the Master Settlement Agreement.
