Stat. § 77-97","heading":"Compensation and expenses of Commission members.","body":"(a)\tThe appointed members of the North Carolina delegation to the Commission shall receive per diem, subsistence, and travel expenses as follows:\n(1)\tCommission members who are members of the General Assembly at the rate established in G.S. 120-3.1.\n(2)\tCommission members who are officials or employees of the State or of local government agencies at the rate established in G.S. 138-6.\n(3)\tAll other Commission members at the rate established in G.S. 138-5.\n(b)\tThe members of the Virginia delegation to the Commission shall receive compensation as provided by the Commonwealth of Virginia.\n(c)\tAll expenses shall be paid from funds appropriated or otherwise available to the Commission.
