The officer may:\n(1)\tRelease the juvenile, with or without first counseling the juvenile;\n(2)\tRelease the juvenile to the juvenile's parent, guardian, or custodian;\n(3)\tRefer the juvenile to community resources;\n(4)\tSeek a petition; or\n(5)\tSeek a petition and request a custody order.
