Stat. § 86B-23","heading":"Qualifications for certificate as a registered barber.","body":"A license to practice barbering shall be issued by the Board to any person who meets all of the following qualifications:\n(1)\tHas attended an approved barber school for at least 1528 hours.\n(2)\tHas completed a 12-month apprenticeship under the supervision of a licensed barber, as provided in G.S. 86B-40.\n(3)\tHas passed a clinical examination conducted by the Board.\n(4)\tHas submitted to the Board the affidavit required by G.S. 86B-40(c) certifying that the applicant has served the apprenticeship required by subdivision (2).
