Stat. § 86B-37","heading":"Misdemeanors.","body":"Each of the following acts constitutes a Class 3 misdemeanor:\n(1)\tViolation of any of the provisions of G.S. 86B-21.\n(2)\tObtaining or attempting to obtain a certificate of registration for money other than the required fee or any other thing of value, or by fraudulent misrepresentations.\n(3)\tPracticing or attempting to practice by fraudulent misrepresentations.\n(4)\tWillful failure to display a license as required by G.S. 86B-33.\n(5)\tPracticing or attempting to practice barbering during the period of suspension or revocation of any license granted under this Chapter. Each day's operation during a period of suspension or revocation shall be deemed a separate offense.\n(6)\tPermitting any person in one's employ, supervision or control to practice as a barber unless that person holds a license as a licensed barber or licensed apprentice.
