Stat. § 89D-21","heading":"Expenses and fees.","body":"(a)\tThe Board may impose the following fees not to exceed the amounts listed below:\n(1)\tApplication fee\t$100.00\n(2)\tExamination fee\t250.00\n(3)\tIndividual license fee and individual license renewal\t100.00\n(4)\tInitial corporate, limited liability company, partnership,\nor trade name license\t100.00\n(5)\tCorporate, limited liability company, partnership,\nor trade name license renewal\t100.00\n(6)\tLate renewal fee\t50.00\n(7)\tReinstatement fee\t250.00\n(8)\tLicense by reciprocity\t250.00\n(9)\tDuplicate license\t25.00\n(b)\tWhen the Board uses a testing service for the preparation, administration, or grading of examinations, the Board may charge the applicant the actual cost of the examination services and a prorated portion of the examination fee.
