Stat. § 89E-14","heading":"Records.","body":"(a)\tThe Board shall keep a public record of its proceedings and a register of all applications for licensing.\n(b)\tThe register shall show:\n(1)\tThe name, the age and the residency of each applicant;\n(2)\tThe date of application;\n(3)\tThe place of business of such applicant;\n(4)\tThe applicant's education and other qualifications;\n(5)\tWhether or not an examination was required;\n(6)\tWhether the applicant was licensed;\n(7)\tWhether a license was granted;\n(8)\tThe dates of the action by the Board; and\n(9)\tSuch other information as may be deemed necessary by the Board. All official records of the Board or affidavits by the secretary as to the content of such records shall be prima facie evidence of all matters required to be kept therein.\n(c)\tThe Board shall treat as confidential and not subject to disclosure except to the extent required by law or by rule or regulation of the Board individual test scores and applications and material relating thereto, including letters of reference relating to an application.
