Stat. § 89G-10","heading":"Expenses and fees.","body":"(a)\tThe Board may impose the following fees not to exceed the amounts listed below:\n(1)\tApplication fee\t$100.00\n(2)\tExamination fee\t200.00\n(3)\tIndividual license fee and individual\nlicense renewal fee\t100.00\n(3a)\tBusiness entity or foreign entity license fee\nand business entity or foreign entity license\nrenewal fee\t100.00\n(4)\tLate renewal fee\t50.00\n(5)\tLicense by reciprocity\t250.00\n(6)\tReinstatement fee\t250.00\n(7)\tDuplicate license\t25.00.\n(b)\tWhen the Board uses a testing service for the preparation, administration, or grading of examinations, the Board may charge the applicant the actual cost of the examination services.\n(c)\tThe Board must annually review the fees set out in this section to determine whether these fees reflect the actual cost of administering this act and seek legislative changes to the fees if necessary.
