Stat. § 90-187.12","heading":"Unauthorized practice; penalty.","body":"An individual shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor if the individual engages in any of the following activities:\n(1)\tPractices or attempts to practice veterinary medicine in this State without first having obtained a license or temporary permit from the Board.\n(2)\tPractices veterinary medicine without renewing the individual's license, as provided in G.S. 90-187.5.\n(3)\tPractices or attempts to practice veterinary medicine while the individual's license is revoked, or suspended, or when a certificate of license has been refused.\n(4)\tViolates any of the provisions of this Article.
