Stat. § 90-227","heading":"Renewal certificates.","body":"(a)\tThe Board shall issue annual renewal certificates to licensed dental hygienists.\n(b)\tThe Board shall have the authority to establish in its rules and regulations:\n(1)\tThe form of application for renewal certificates;\n(2)\tThe time the application must be submitted;\n(3)\tThe type of certificate to be issued;\n(4)\tHow the certificate must be displayed;\n(5)\tThe penalty for late application;\n(6)\tThe automatic loss of license if applications are not submitted.
