Stat. § 90-246","heading":"Fees.","body":"In order to provide the means of administering and enforcing the provisions of this Article and the other duties of the North Carolina State Board of Opticians, the Board is hereby authorized to charge and collect the following fees:\n(1)\tEach examination\t$300.00\n(2)\tEach initial license\t$100.00\n(3)\tEach renewal of license\t$150.00\n(4)\tEach license issued to a practitioner of another\nstate to practice in this State\t$300.00\n(5)\tEach registration of an optical place of business\t$ 75.00\n(6)\tEach application for registration as an opticianry\napprentice or intern, and renewals thereof\t$ 35.00\n(7)\tRepealed by Session Laws 1997-424, s. 4.\n(8)\tEach registration of a training establishment\t$ 35.00\n(9)\tEach license verification\t$ 15.00\n(10)\tEach registration of an optician in charge\t$ 50.00\n(11)\tLate fee for restoration of an expired license\nwithin the first year after expiration\t$ 75.00\n(12)\tLate fee for restoration of an expired license\nwithin the second year after expiration\t$150.00\n(13)\tRestoration fee for an inactive license\nwithin the second year\t$100.00.\n(1951, c. 1089, s. 13; 1977, c. 755, s. 5; 1981, c. 600, s. 13; 1989, c. 673, s. 1; 1997-424, s. 4; 2016-117, s. 3(c).)","path":["Chapter 90.
