Stat. § 90-270.56","heading":"Reciprocal licenses.","body":"The Board shall issue a license as a marriage and family therapist by reciprocity to any person who applies for the license as prescribed by the Board and who at all times during the application process:\n(1)\tHas been licensed and actively practicing for at least two continuous years and is currently licensed as a marriage and family therapist in another state.\n(2)\tHas an unrestricted license in good standing in the other state.\n(3)\tHas no unresolved complaints in any jurisdiction.\n(4)\tHas passed the National Marriage and Family Therapy examination or the clinical examination required by the licensing board that regulates marriage and family therapy in the State of California.
