Stat. § 90-270.57","heading":"Fees.","body":"(a)\tIn order to fund the Board's activities under this Article, the Board may charge and collect fees not exceeding the following:\n(1)\tEach license examination\t$50.00\n(2)\tEach license application as a marriage\nand family therapist\t200.00\n(2a)\tEach license application as a marriage and\nfamily therapy associate\t200.00\n(3)\tEach renewal of license\t200.00\n(4)\tEach reciprocal license application\t200.00\n(5)\tEach reinstatement of an expired license\t200.00\n(6)\tEach application to return to active status\t200.00\n(7)\tEach duplicate license\t25.00\n(8)\tEach annual maintenance of inactive status\t50.00\n(9)\tEach application to extend associate license\t50.00.\nIn addition to the examination fee provided in subdivision (1) of this subsection, the Board may charge and collect from each applicant for license examination the cost of processing test results and the cost of test materials.\n(b)\tThe Board may establish fees for the actual cost of (i) document duplication services, (ii) materials, and (iii) returned bank items as allowed by law.
