Stat. § 90-364","heading":"Fees.","body":"The Board shall establish fees in accordance with Chapter 150B of the General Statutes for the following purposes:\n(1)\tFor an initial application, a fee not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).\n(2)\tFor examination or reexamination, a fee not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00).\n(3)\tFor issuance of a license, a fee not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00).\n(4)\tFor the renewal of a license, a fee not to exceed one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00).\n(5)\tFor the late renewal of a license, an additional late fee not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).\n(6)\tFor a provisional license, a fee not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).\n(7)\tFor copies of Board rules and licensure standards, charges not exceeding the actual cost of printing and mailing.
