Stat. § 90-631.2","heading":"Authority to establish fees for massage and bodywork therapy school approval.","body":"(a)\tThe Board shall establish a schedule of fees for approvals and renewals granted and for inspections performed pursuant to this Article. The fees collected under this section are intended to cover the administrative costs of the approval programs. No fee for application approval or renewal of approval shall be refunded in the event the application is rejected or the approval suspended or revoked.\n(b)\tFees for Board approval of schools are as follows:\n(1)\tRequest for Application Approval Package\t$20.00\n(2)\tInitial application for approval (one program)\t2,000.00\n(3)\tInitial application for approval of additional\nprograms (same location)\t750.00\n(4)\tInspection for initial approval or renewal (one program)\t1,500.00\n(5)\tInspection for initial approval or renewal of additional\nprograms (same location)\t500.00\n(6)\tRenewal of approval (one program)\t1,000.00\n(7)\tRenewal of approval (each additional program)\t750.00\n(c)\tRenewal inspections shall not occur more frequently than every three years, unless necessary.\n(d)\tA school that is required to have more than one inspection in a fiscal year in order to investigate or verify areas of noncompliance with the standards for school approval shall pay a fee of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) for each additional inspection.
