Stat. § 90-632.14","heading":"Fees for massage and bodywork therapy establishment license.","body":"(a)\tThe Board may impose the following fees up to the amounts listed below for massage and bodywork therapy establishment licensure:\n(1)\tApplication for license\t$20.00\n(2)\tInitial license fee\t150.00\n(3)\tLicense renewal\t100.00\n(4)\tLate renewal penalty\t75.00\n(5)\tDuplicate license\t25.00\n(6)\tInspection of establishment\t150.00\n(b)\tAll fees listed in subsection (a) of this section shall be paid in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, or money order made payable to the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy and shall be nonrefundable.
