Stat. § 90-737","heading":"Requirements for licensure as a behavior analyst.","body":"Each applicant shall be issued a license by the Board to engage in the practice of behavior analysis as a licensed behavior analyst if the applicant meets the qualifications set forth by the Board in accordance with G.S. 90-734(a) and provides satisfactory evidence to the Board of all the following criteria:\n(1)\tThe applicant is at least 18 years of age.\n(2)\tThe applicant has passed the certifying entity's Board Certified Behavior Analyst examination.\n(3)\tThe applicant has an active status with the certifying entity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
