Stat. § 90-739","heading":"Renewal of license.","body":"(a)\tA license shall be granted under this Article for the period of two years.\n(b)\tThe Board shall renew a license granted under this Article upon completion of the following:\n(1)\tProof of completion of any continuing education required by the certifying entity.\n(2)\tPayment of the renewal fee.\n(3)\tEvidence of active certification by the certifying entity.\n(4)\tFor licensed assistant behavior analysts, evidence of the ongoing arrangement for supervision by a licensed behavior analyst, as required by G.S. 90-738.
