Stat. § 90-741","heading":"Reciprocity.","body":"(a)\tThe Board shall issue a license to an individual who is actively licensed as a behavior analyst or assistant behavior analyst in another state that currently imposes comparable licensure requirements as those imposed by this Article and that offers reciprocity to individuals licensed under this Article.\n(b)\tApplicants for licensure by reciprocity shall submit the following items:\n(1)\tProof of ethical compliance.\n(2)\tProof of current licensure.\n(3)\tProof of current certification by the certifying entity.\n(4)\tA criminal history record check as required by G.S. 90-744.\n(5)\tAny other eligibility requirement as deemed appropriate by the Board.
