Stat. § 90-85.42","heading":"Board of Pharmacy reporting.","body":"(a)\tDefinitions. - The following definitions apply in this section:\n(1)\tLarge retail pharmacy. - More than 25 pharmacies in common ownership.\n(2)\tSmall retail pharmacy. - Twenty-five or fewer pharmacies in common ownership.\n(b)\tReporting Requirements. - No later than October 1 of each year, the Board shall report the following information to the Department of Insurance and the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Health and Human Services:\n(1)\tThe current number of licensed pharmacies in the State.\n(2)\tThe number of small retail pharmacies that have opened in the preceding five years.\n(3)\tThe number of large retail pharmacies that have opened in the preceding five years.\n(4)\tThe number of small retail pharmacies that have closed in the preceding five years.\n(5)\tThe number of large retail pharmacies that have closed in the preceding five years.
