Stat. § 90-95.6","heading":"Promoting drug sales by a minor.","body":"(a)\tA person who is 21 years of age or older is guilty of promoting drug sales by a minor if the person knowingly:\n(1)\tEntices, forces, encourages, or otherwise facilitates a minor in violating G.S. 90-95(a)(1).\n(2)\tSupervises, supports, advises, or protects the minor in violating G.S. 90-95(a)(1).\n(b)\tMistake of age is not a defense to a prosecution under this section.\n(c)\tA violation of this section is a Class D felony.
