Stat. § 90A-59","heading":"Record of proceedings; register of applications; registry of registered environmental health specialists and environmental health specialist interns.","body":"(a)\tThe Board shall keep a record of its proceedings.\n(b)\tThe Board shall maintain records for registration, which shall include:\n(1)\tThe place of residence, name and age of each applicant;\n(2)\tThe name and address of the employer of each applicant;\n(3)\tThe date of application;\n(3a)\tThe date of employment;\n(4)\tComplete information of educational and experience qualifications;\n(4a)\tA signed Code of Ethics;\n(5)\tThe action taken by the Board;\n(6)\tThe serial number of the certificate of registration issued to the applicant;\n(7)\tThe date on which the Board reviewed and acted upon the application;\n(7a)\tInformation on continuing education required to maintain registration; and\n(8)\tSuch other pertinent information as may be deemed necessary by the Board.\n(c)\tThe Board shall maintain a current registry of all environmental health specialists and environmental health specialist interns in the State of North Carolina that have been registered in accordance with the provisions of this Article.\n(d)\tRecords of the Board are public records as defined in Chapter 132 of the General Statutes of North Carolina. However, college transcripts, examinations, and medical information submitted to the Board shall not be considered public records. (1981 (Reg.
