Stat. § 95-222","heading":"Short title; legislative purpose.","body":"(a)\tThis Article may be cited as the \"Migrant Housing Act of North Carolina.\"\n(b)\tIt is the purpose and policy of the General Assembly to conform migrant housing standards to, as much as reasonably possible, the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina, and to ensure safe and healthy migrant housing conditions.
