Code § 10-01.1-03","heading":"Fees","body":"1.The secretary of state shall collect the following fees when a filing is made under this chapter:\na.Commercial registered agent listing, one thousand dollars;\nb.Commercial registered agent termination statement, five hundred dollars;\nc.Statement of change, ten dollars except when the change is a change of address and in the secretary of state's opinion that change results from rezoning or postal reassignment;\nd.Statement appointing an agent for service of process, ten dollars; and\ne.Any process, notice, or demand for service, twenty-five dollars.\n2.The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for copying and certifying a copy of any document filed under this chapter:\na.The fee provided in section 54-09-04 for copying a record;\nb.Fifteen dollars for furnishing a certificate; and\nc.Five dollars for a search of records when supplying copies, certification, or written verification of facts.\n3.The secretary of state may not collect a fee to file a statement of resignation.","path":["Title 10 Corporations","Chapter 10-01.1 Registered Agents Act"],"source_url":"https://ndlegis.gov/cencode/t10c01-1.pdf","current_through":"2026-07-31T11:12:02","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T21:04:14Z","sha256":"d1ca28a1e6aab0c075c15375c3e59178c07f3148b5a1673e69b84ab57c2ec26e","source_id":"us-nd","stale":true,"prev":"us-nd/n.d.-cent.-code-10-01.1-02","next":"us-nd/n.d.-cent.-code-10-01.1-04"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
