Code § 13-02.1-07","heading":"Remedies of creditor","body":"1.In an action for relief against a transfer or obligation under this chapter, a creditor, subject to the limitations in section 13-02.1-08, may obtain:\na.Avoidance of the transfer or obligation to the extent necessary to satisfy the creditor's claim;\nb.Attachment or other provisional remedy against the asset transferred or other property of the transferee if available under applicable law; or\nc.Subject to applicable principles of equity and in accordance with applicable rules of civil procedure:\n(1)An injunction against further disposition by the debtor or a transferee, or both, of the asset transferred or of other property;\n(2)Appointment of a receiver to take charge of the asset transferred or of other property of the transferee; or\n(3)Any other relief the circumstances may require.\n2.If a creditor has obtained a judgment on a claim against the debtor, the creditor, if the court so orders, may levy execution on the asset transferred or its proceeds.","path":["Title 13 Debtor And Creditor Relationship","Chapter 13-02.1 Uniform Voidable Transactions Act"],"source_url":"https://ndlegis.gov/cencode/t13c02-1.pdf","current_through":"2026-07-31T11:12:02","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T21:04:14Z","sha256":"c5b7bd83c1cfea044de6c28d9681f50d409d15141850139656c68f451b0b7697","source_id":"us-nd","stale":true,"prev":"us-nd/n.d.-cent.-code-13-02.1-06","next":"us-nd/n.d.-cent.-code-13-02.1-08"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
