Code § 13-09.1-18","heading":"Report of condition","body":"1.Each licensee shall submit a report of condition within forty-five days of the end of the calendar quarter, or within any extended time as the commissioner may prescribe.\n2.The report of condition must include:\na.Financial information at the licensee level;\nb.Nationwide and state-specific money transmission transaction information in every jurisdiction in the United States where the licensee is licensed to engage in money transmission;\nc.Permissible investments report;\nd.Transaction destination country reporting for money received for transmission, if applicable; and\ne.Any other information the commissioner reasonably requires with respect to the licensee. The commissioner may utilize the nationwide system for the submission of the report required by subsection 1 and may update as necessary the requirements of this section to carry out the purposes of this chapter and maintain consistency with the nationwide system reporting.\n3.The information required by subdivision d of subsection 2 may only be included in a report of condition submitted within forty-five days of the end of the fourth calendar quarter.","path":["Title 13 Debtor And Creditor Relationship","Chapter 13-09.1 Money Transmitters"],"source_url":"https://ndlegis.gov/cencode/t13c09-1.pdf","current_through":"2026-07-31T11:12:02","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T21:04:14Z","sha256":"63cb089fcae599c304bc221249de1b84103bd51ce13feeecac69e28f74a38b93","source_id":"us-nd","stale":true,"prev":"us-nd/n.d.-cent.-code-13-09.1-17","next":"us-nd/n.d.-cent.-code-13-09.1-19"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
