Code § 15-04-19","heading":"Lessee not to break or plow uncultivated land - Penalty","body":"No lessee of land leased under the provisions of this chapter, or the lessee's heirs or assigns, may break, plow, or cultivate any unbroken land on any tract leased, nor cause nor permit it to be done by any other person.
