Code § 15-20.4-11","heading":"Violations - Civil penalty","body":"Any person, group, or entity, or any owner, officer, or employee thereof, who violates the provisions of section 15-20.4-05, or who fails or refuses to deposit with the board the records required by the board under this chapter, is subject to a civil penalty not to exceed one hundred dollars for each violation. Each day's failure to comply with the provisions of said sections is a separate violation.
