Code § 15.1-09.1-02.1","heading":"Regional education association - Services to be offered","body":"1.To be eligible for state funding, a regional education association shall offer the following services to its member districts:\na.Coordination and facilitation of professional development activities for teachers and administrators employed by its member districts;\nb.Supplementation of technology support services;\nc.Assistance with achieving school improvement goals identified by the superintendent of public instruction;\nd.Assistance with the collection, analysis, and interpretation of student achievement data; and\ne.Assistance with the expansion and enrichment of curricular offerings.\n2.Subsection 1 does not preclude a regional education association from offering additional services, including services to a district that is not a member of the regional education association.\n3.A regional education association may enter a contract with the superintendent of public instruction to offer services.","path":["Title 15.1 Elementary And Secondary Education","Chapter 15.1-09.1 Regional Education Associations"],"source_url":"https://ndlegis.gov/cencode/t15-1c09-1.pdf","current_through":"2026-07-31T11:12:02","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T21:04:14Z","sha256":"7e5b6a159ecbec4d4e7959fe9543f1e3332243aaeac90840916eef7a1c5a6edf","source_id":"us-nd","stale":true,"prev":"us-nd/n.d.-cent.-code-15.1-09.1-02","next":"us-nd/n.d.-cent.-code-15.1-09.1-02.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
