Code § 15.1-21-09","heading":"Test scores - Compilation","body":"The superintendent of public instruction shall arrange for the compilation of test scores in a manner that indicates achievement and allows a comparison of individual students, classrooms within a given school and school district, schools within the state, and school districts within the state.
