Code § 15.1-21-26","heading":"Driver education curriculum - Content - Anatomical gift","body":"1.Beginning July 1, 2014, each school district shall ensure that its curriculum for driver education includes information regarding the manner in which a student obtaining a driver's license may make an anatomical gift, as provided for in section 23-06.6-04.\n2.The school district shall provide notification of the curricular requirement set forth in subsection 1 to the parent of each student enrolled in driver education.
