Code § 15.1-40-22","heading":"Facilities - Activities","body":"1.A public charter school may enter an agreement with a public or private entity for the use of the entity's facility.\n2.A public charter school holds a right of first refusal to part or all of an unused state- owned facility or property located in the state.
