Code § 19-24.1-31","heading":"Verification system","body":"1.The department shall maintain a confidential list of cardholders and each cardholder's address, phone number, and registry identification number.\n2.The department shall establish a secure verification system. The verification system must allow law enforcement personnel, health care providers, pharmacists, compassion centers, and compassion center agents twenty-four-hour access to enter a registry identification number to determine whether the number corresponds with a current valid registry identification card.
