Code § 23-13-03.1","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in sections 23-13-03.1 through 23-13-03.5, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:\n1.\"Liquefied petroleum gas\" means any material which is composed predominately of any of the following hydrocarbons or mixtures of the same: Propane, propylene, butanes (normal butane and isobutane), and the butylenes.\n2.\"Liquefied petroleum gas containers\" means any pressurized containers which are designed to hold more than one hundred fifty gallons [567.81 liters] of liquefied petroleum gas.\n3.\"Owner\" means any person who holds a written bill of sale under which title to a container was transferred or any manufacturer of a container who has not sold or transferred ownership of the container by a written bill of sale.","path":["Title 23 Health And Safety","Chapter 23-13 Safety Regulations"],"source_url":"https://ndlegis.gov/cencode/t23c13.pdf","current_through":"2026-07-31T11:12:02","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T21:04:14Z","sha256":"ef6db632d3d50835e6b83587b33f30219a37e424c4c14904c2af1a95fd6cf130","source_id":"us-nd","stale":true,"prev":"us-nd/n.d.-cent.-code-23-13-03","next":"us-nd/n.d.-cent.-code-23-13-03.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
