Code § 23-17.7-03","heading":"License issuance and renewal - Evaluation and inspection - Rules","body":"1.Upon receipt of an initial or renewal license application on forms established by the department, the department or the department's authorized representative shall evaluate and inspect the residential end-of-life facility. The department shall issue or renew a license for an applicant that submits a complete application, submits the appropriate fee, and meets the minimum requirements of this chapter.\n2.In consultation with stakeholders, the department shall adopt rules:\na.For the application, issuance, and renewal of a license under this chapter;\nb.Establishing minimum standards for licensure of a residential end-of-life facility; and\nc.Establishing the fee for issuance of a license and renewal of a license of a residential end-of-life facility.","path":["Title 23 Health And Safety","Chapter 23-17.7 Residential End-Of-Life Facility Regulation"],"source_url":"https://ndlegis.gov/cencode/t23c17-7.pdf","current_through":"2026-07-31T11:12:02","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T21:04:14Z","sha256":"804a4fc5786d2da2a054a175ae3244e436e320420ce0cbc2829f93ce47f39ab7","source_id":"us-nd","stale":true,"prev":"us-nd/n.d.-cent.-code-23-17.7-02","next":"us-nd/n.d.-cent.-code-23-17.7-04"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
