Code § 23-27.2-04","heading":"Licensee - Response","body":"1.A licensee that receives a notice under section 23-27.2-03 shall respond to the department within forty-five days of the date of the notice. The response must include:\na.The licensee's proposed corrective action to address the criteria under subsection 1 of section 23-27.2-03;\nb.The licensee's proposed time frame in which to take corrective action and become fully compliant; and\nc.If necessary, a request for a waiver.\n2.Within fifteen days of the date of the response, the department shall:\na.Approve the response; or\nb.Request the licensee amend the response.\n3.The department may extend the deadline to respond if an amendment to the response is requested under subsection 2.","path":["Title 23 Health And Safety","Chapter 23-27.2 Distressed Ambulance Service Program"],"source_url":"https://ndlegis.gov/cencode/t23c27-2.pdf","current_through":"2026-07-31T11:12:02","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T21:04:14Z","sha256":"78aa8e03b13c2d313fc18cff51429c6824109f8ddebf1f1d14974703e2b9895a","source_id":"us-nd","stale":true,"prev":"us-nd/n.d.-cent.-code-23-27.2-03","next":"us-nd/n.d.-cent.-code-23-27.2-05"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
